Pairpoint launches Pairpoint Secure
Protecting devices, networks and data from the risks of quantum computing
23/02/2026, London, UK – Pairpoint today announced the launch of Pairpoint Secure, its post-quantum security solution, designed to protect connected devices, networks and data from the emerging risks related to quantum computing. As advancements in quantum technology accelerate, conventional public-key cryptography that underpins today’s digital security is expected to face new challenges. Pairpoint Secure has been developed to address these emerging risks and support businesses in tackling the next generation of security standards.
Built for enterprises, Pairpoint Secure has been specifically designed for the telecoms sector, providing SIM-anchored, certificate-free encrypted communications with automated key management and quantum-ready cryptography. The solution is purpose-made for critical infrastructure, data and IoT connected devices.
Pairpoint Secure protects your IoT data with a robust VPN that uses dynamic SIM-based keys, eliminating certificate management complexity.
The new technology by Pairpoint enables a reliable and secure IoT connectivity for devices and machines around the world, and has already being integrated into Vodafone IoT’s MachineLink 4G Lite industrial router. By using the IoT SIM as the trust anchor, MachineLink 4G Lite can now dynamically generate symmetric keys to establish a secure VPN tunnel for its IoT traffic.
Pairpoint Secure supports industry legislation which calls for early planning and practical migration paths to post-quantum cryptography across key telecom use cases including VPN services, IoT connectivity, SIM-based authentication, and network infrastructure. By removing Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and enabling crypto-agility, the solution allows enterprises to transition quickly with minimum disruption, and align with CRA (EU), PSTI (UK) and NIST (US).
Kenichiro Uesugi, CEO of Pairpoint, said: “In an environment where quantum is becoming a real risk, cybersecurity is now a board level issue. Pairpoint Secure provides telecoms businesses with the tools to tackle quantum threats – future-proofing the security of networks, connected devices and data.”
